Footer Column 1 and Column 3 blank

Since Last three days Footer Column 1 and Column 3 showing blank. Today I’ve checked in Widgets Footer area. Have you removed?
and How to add?

No, we have not entered your site nor removed. You need to add the widget drag and drop into the area you need and configure.

Usually, we enter the site when you contact us with problems, and we rather suggest action and very seldom do anything on site.
