Footer columns problem

Hello.

I have choosen the 4 columns layout for the footer of my website, but the 3rd and 4th columns, appear under the 2nd column.
See attached image to understand the problem

How can I fix this please?

I follow these steps exactly but it does not work.

Hello,

It seems that there are some unclosed tags in the footer columns area under Appearance >> Widgets.

Please make sure that you have closed all the tags properly.

This will fix the issue.
