Footer Customization & Header and Footer Padding

how can i change this area? (attached photos) and how can i adjust the padding left and right for the footer and header but maintaining the full-width strecth for the body content? i use elementor and the woodmart header and footer builder.

For the header Navigate to >> Dashboard >> Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit the Header >> Click Settings icon on the top left >> Check Header Full-width.

For the footer Can you please share the page URL so I can check and give you a possible solution?

Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

how about the header and the top bar, btw, where i can get the class name of the css for all element in this woodmart them? so i can adjust the css, it would be muhc easier if i know the class name like the footer class you gave just now
