Unfortunately I don’t have the option to change the contrast in the widget in the footer. Attached are two screenshots.

Sorry to say but we didn’t seem to understand your concern. What do you mean changing the Contrast in the Widget of the Footer? Are you referring to changing the Background Color of them?

Please elaborate more with a few more helpful Screenshots so that we can understand and assist you accordingly.
