footer, header , html codes

Hi, I have the retail theme and I just cant get the footer and header to show .
I have tried inserting the html code.

Should the header and footer import at the same time as when you install the dummy theme?

You have created the header and footer using Elementor. Please delete the Elementor header and footer then you can use the Theme’s header and footer.

Hi, i only made the footer in elementor because the other header and footer were not showing up from the theme.
