How to enable the login popup like on the theme preview?

And how to make a footer with menu?

Please navigate to Theme Settings > Header > My account links > enable Login form in a sidebar you will get a sliding sidebar with a login form.

In order to add a menu to the footer, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > add navigation menu http://prntscr.com/joxgl5
