You can find and replace this image as a part of the text widget in WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer column -> edit text widget.

It seems to be a core WordPress problem not related to our theme. Try to install Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem for now https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

I’ve uploaded a fresh theme and started getting errors. Why can’t you provide support for this? I’ve purchased many themes from ThemeForest, but this is the first time I’m experiencing such poor support and a refusal to help.

dont you think above errors are from theme ?

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

By the way with default theme it is working, it is not working with Basel Theme. Please have a look and fix it.

As we can see, you have installed the Classic widgets plugin and now it works correctly.

but why it was not working without classic plugin ?

It is a general issue of the new WordPress widgets interface. If you add the same amount of widgets using Storefront (default WooCommerce) theme you will see the same errors. It is not something caused by our theme directly.
