rfriedlParticipantHello Support Team,
I need urgent assistance with my website https://stellamaris.com.ar/.
The Footer has disappeared globally from the entire site. It is not displaying on the Homepage, the Shop, or any internal pages.
I have already performed a complete diagnosis and ruled out the most common configuration errors:
Global Settings: In WoodMart Theme Settings > Footer, the “Footer” option is set to ON.
Page Settings: I checked the “Home” page settings, and the “Disable footer” option is set to NO (grayed out).
Widgets Content: The “Footer Column 1” widget area has valid HTML content visible in the backend.
Cache: I have purged the WP Rocket cache and browser cache multiple times with no results.
Templates: I verified that the page template (“Elementor Full Width”) is not causing the conflict.
Since the configuration appears to be correct, I suspect there might be a silent PHP error or a conflict preventing the footer.php file from rendering properly.
Could you please check if there are any errors in the logs or advise why the theme is not calling the footer?
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards, Lucas Neis Stella Maris Pesca y Náutica

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

rfriedlParticipantHello,
I followed your instructions and deactivated ALL plugins (including WP Rocket and Security plugins), but the Footer is still missing. This confirms it is NOT a plugin conflict.
To rule out widget issues, I have switched my configuration to use an HTML Block.
Current Status:
I created a new HTML Block (“Footer Principal 2026”) and verified it is Published.
In Theme Settings > Footer, I selected “HTML Block” and chose the correct block.
In the Home Page settings, “Disable Footer” is OFF.
The Page Template is set to “Default Template”.
Since plugins are deactivated and settings are correct, the theme is failing to render the footer hook. Please investigate and fix this on my live site as soon as possible.

rfriedlParticipantHello, I am writing to provide a technical update regarding my previous ticket.
I have completely switched the configuration from “Widgets” to “HTML Block” to solve the issue, but the footer is still invisible.
Current state of the site:
All cache/security plugins are currently DEACTIVATED.
The HTML Block “Footer Principal 2026” is Published and selected in Theme Settings.
“Disable Footer” is OFF in the page options.
Since I have ruled out plugin conflicts and configuration errors, this looks like a hook issue in the theme files. Please check the site now.
Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!

rfriedlParticipantHello,
YES, you have my permission to deactivate plugins and switch themes for testing purposes.
⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING:
Please be very careful with the plugin “WPS Hide Login” and “Really Simple Security”. I have kept them DEACTIVATED because they were causing critical 403 Forbidden lockouts on the server yesterday.
Please DO NOT reactivate “WPS Hide Login” or security plugins unless absolutely necessary, as you might get locked out of the admin panel.
Please restore the original theme and main plugins as soon as you finish the diagnosis.
Thanks.January 5, 2026 at 8:52 am #703109
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Your issue has been resolved. The following Custom CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS is causing the footer display issue.
.footer-container { display: none !important; }Now I have commented out the code and the footer is showing fine. Please check back your site and check the issue.
Best Regards,
