Navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Check the Footer Content in the form of “HTML Block” and edit this HTML Block in the page builder and edit it as per different devices in the responsive settings of the page builder.

I can’t understand which button I have to click to choose the different devices and then set them.

You need to edit the Footer HTML Blocks with WP bakery and make it responsive for mobile devices.
