I’ve updated the footer item links and descriptions, but they don’t display correctly on mobile.

    Hi,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated so I will check and give you a possible solution.

And send some screenshots of the issue which section is not displayed in mobile.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

Your issue has been resolved. I have deactivated third party plugins and activated the parent theme on your site.

And you have hidden the section from the Elementor page builder in the mobile portrait. I have disable the option and it showing and working fine on your site:
    Screenshot for clarification:

Check back your site after clearing the browser cache and server cache.

    Best Regards.

Okay. Thank you. How can I make the footer menu list compact? Let me explain: On ‘site guide’ for example, I would like the various sublinks to be visible after clicking on the + next to ‘site guide’. Thank you

    Hi,

First, edit the footer in Elementor and add a section where you want to display the collapse widget.
Within that section, drag and drop the “Toggle” widget from the Elementor widgets panel.

In the widget settings, you can add the title for the toggle widget.

    Best Regards.

The footer I set up is an HTML block. Before you took action to update each column’s links, in mobile each column was automatically collapsed. Now no longer. Why?

    Hi,

Collapse widgets on mobileā€ option works only with the footer that was built through the widgets (https://prnt.sc/-icT4fak20We)

In your case you built it with the help of the HTML Block.
    https://ibb.co/hDL948T.

So you need to make the footer through the widgets and after that, the collapse widgets will work.

    Best Regards.

    This is strange.
Before your post, the footer menus were collapsed.

Sorry, but I think instead of helping me, you’re complicating my path.
In order to insert the widgets in the footer I changed in theme settings>Footer>Footer content from HTML as it was previously set to widget.
Then in Appearance>widgets I modified the ‘footer column 1’ widget by inserting a menu.
Once these steps were done, I saved everything and now I find the whole site with completely skipped colors, changed fonts, missing underlines.. a mess.
Kindly help me to restore everything: I simply asked to make the footer menus accordion, as they were previously, since they do not update with links and I find myself having upset an entire site..

    Hi,

We didn’t do anything to your website that caused this to happen. There must have been a problem with your customizations.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please, let me know if there is anything else I could help you with and I will do my best to help you.

    Best Regards.

Hello, I’m redoing the footer using widgets. Kindly could you suggest me a method to make have the same height on all columns? Currently I have modified only the first two columns, but, as can be seen (see Footer new) from a comparison with the ‘old footer’ (see Footer desktop), the first column of the footer new is much longer than the second. How to do?
Also how can I open google map by clicking on the address in the first column?
    Thank you

    Hello,

    01. Height would depend on the content. So, If your content is high then the height will also be high.
