footer not show in proper column

when i try to change footer column style 5 to 3 that didn’t work properly

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please provide more details about the problem and update the site admin access. I have checked, the footer columns are switched correctly: when I set 3, it shows 3 columns, when I set 5, it shows 5 columns.

Now I see your site has 3 columns in the footer. If you need to edit the content, you need to to to Appearance > Widgets and enter Footer column 1, Footer Column 2, Footer Column 3.
