Footer Responsiveness issues in tablet and Mobile

Hi,
I used the pre built footer used for food delivery but it’s sign up form element is not responsive in Tablet and Mobile view. It doesn’t reflecting what it shows on Elementor editing view.
I attached some screenshots. I cleared the cache but didn’t work.
Please have a look.

Please check the footer now on mobile. If possible, please check the site on the real mobile devices.

Sorry, It’s not possible to check on real mobile device because website is in maintenance mode. I have checked the footer and is working perfectly fine now. But the thing is if I need to tweak something what if it gets out of shape again. Is there any guide for me or you used any CSS or something please guide me.

I have not used any css. Go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS and click the Regenerate Files button.
