Footer Social Share Icons

Hi i want to change social media share page icons in footer to only social media icon.
Right now if i click on any icon it opens in a new tab ask me to share this page but i want a social media page url to be opened

Enter Theme Settings > Social Profiles > set “off” in “share buttons” and put URLs in links to social profiles http://prntscr.com/jz59v5
