FOOTER WIDGETS PROBLEM!!

Hi there i was trying to edit my menus from widgets footer section and now the menus ar showing worng!
I want to have 3 menus 1 widget with phone info.
Every time when i m updating the menus from footer, the widgets are all mixt up you can check!

Please check the site admin access I cannot log in. You would better install free Classic widgets plugin if you have not done that already.
