    Hello,

    I am trying to save the options from the theme but I am getting the error:Forbidden You don’t have permission to access this resource.

    How can I resolve this issue?

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    I have checked the web site and I can access normally (I can record a video if you need to check).

    If you are trying to connect through VPN, I think, that my hosting is blocking access.

    Please, try again or let me know if I have to create a ticket to the hosting contracted.
