Forgot Password Not Working

The forgot password function is taking me in a loop see video – http://somup.com/cqe3FPnOcA

I click forgot password from email and it ask me to enter email again and send me anothr email and I am caught in a loop

This is an urgent issue and any assistance would be much appreciated. This is my company’s new favorite theme with 6 licenses now.
