Format website gone

Hi,

I’m changing colors from Christmas to Easter (Red to Yellow).
Now I’m suddenly lost the marges on both sides on the Homepage.
The format of the menu also disappeared.

I can’t find what I did wrong.
Was working in the Theme settings

Can you tell me what I did wrong?

The website has changed tot the right color and marges.

I was out of the office all morning.

Review the changes you made in the theme settings. Look for any options related to layout, margins, or menu format that may have been accidentally altered. Check the Custom CSS area in theme settings. Clear the browser and server cache and check the issue.

Something weird.

If you, as a customer, click on an “Paasgeschenk”, you will be taken to a screen where you are logged in as admin.
If you want to go to the dashboard, you suddenly have to log in.

I’ve never experienced this before.
A customer brought this to our attention. (No cache involved)

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Very strange,

I discovered that when I was logged in to the website aristokerstpakket.nl yesterday, other people were shown the WordPress bar when choosing “Paasgeschenken”.

When they clicked on the dashboard button they had to log in.
But this is very strange.
I’ve never seen this before in the 12 years I’ve been working with WordPress.

The problem is now no longer reproducible.
So it’s over.

Again after changing the Footer color the Homepage layout was gone.
After clearing the cache the problem was resolved.

I imagine there are more customers who may experience this problem.

Try to temporarily deactivate the cache plugin on your site and check the issue. If the issue remains, Please disable the CDN and remove the server cache and check the issue.

As mentioned I cleared the cache of the website and the problem was solved.

But I can imagine that more customers will experience this problem.
Thats the reason I mentioned it.
