Free gift not working

Hi, I am facing problem regarding Free gift. It won’t show anything on frontend.
Manual gift is not working but automatic gift is working.
No gift shows on website neither at checkout nor cart.

Edit the Cart/Checkout pages via Dashboard -> Pages and make sure that the [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_checkout] shortcodes are defined there https://postimg.cc/3yyVtnqd
