adpwebdesign.itParticipantHi,
I’m using the free shipping option provided by the theme and also set it in Woocommerce settings. The top bar is correct (it says how much I need to get the free shipping, or that I have right to the free shipping) but I don’t see the free shipping option in the cart. Is it possible to apply the free shipping automatically when spending the set amount for it?

adpwebdesign.itParticipantIf I set the free shipping in Woocommerce Settings with min amount of 69 €, it should apply automatically when 69 € is reached, shouldn’t it? Or at least show in shipping options.
Maybe this option is somehow in conlict with some feature of the theme?!
Thanks for any suggestion on how to solveJanuary 16, 2025 at 9:56 am #630132Hello,
When free shipping is set in WooCommerce with a minimum amount (69 €), it should automatically apply or appear as an option once the threshold is reached.
To resolve the issue, please check the following:Make sure free shipping is properly configured under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones.
Verify that the free shipping method is enabled and set with the correct minimum amount.

adpwebdesign.itParticipantHi,
I made sure free shipping is properly configured under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones (screenshot attached) but I still don’t see free shipping as an option on the cart page when using Firefox or Chrome (even in incognito mode). I only see the other 3 options. I DO see the free shipping on Edge browser only (screenshots attached). Any idea why? It’s very strange, isn’t it?Also, wether the free shipping is automatically applied to the cart or it appears as an option once the threshold is reached, can this be choosen? I mean, can I decide to apply it automatically once the threshold is reached? Or do the customer have to choose it?
