free shipping amount

Hi,
In Woo > Settings > Shipping I added a free shipping with minimum amount of 69 €. But if I add a 42 € item to my cart, it says that I need 58 € more to get free shipping. That is, minimum amount for free shipping looks to be 100 €.
WooCommerce plugin support says that woocommerce plugin does not say how much you need to add to get free shipping, so I imagine that this is something Woodmart theme offers as a feature, correct?

If so, how can I solve this issue?
