Hi1 How to put a free shipping banner on very top of my website?I try to edit the header builder but I’m not sure how to do it. Please help

But what about this then? what’s this for? please see screenshoot below. Also I want to change the cookie pop up background color but I dont know where to change it.

1. Header banner is different from Free shipping bar, which used for Woo Pages only.

2. Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

div.wd-cookies-popup {
    background-color: #000;
}
