Free shipping bar based on amount of products in cart

Hello support,
I am happily using your theme on multiple site. Now my new client requires that he wants a free shipping bar to be based on qty of products. So for example free shipping will be when customer adds 5 or more products into the cart.
Is this something that can be done without using other external plugins?

It is not possible to set free shipping based on the quantity of products in the theme settings. The built-in free shipping bar is based on the cart’s total amount, not the number of items.

One more question: multiple of mine clients are using this feature ( they have free shipping based on product quantity or product weight ) and are using a free shipping progress bar showing remaining weight for free shipping.
Would it be possible to pay you to incorporate feature like this in your theme? Because now I have to use another plugin with bit of custom code to achieve it and I would like to use less plugins unless really necessary.
