Free Shipping Bar Disappear

Hello there!

I’ve activated Free Shipping Bar, but it is not working at all.
Just tried 2 calculation methods, but I’ve got no success.
I’m not using any custom template for CART, just Woodmart one.

Do you have any idea of what I’m doing wrong?
