Free shipping bar dont show after install wp rocket

Hello! We have a problem with free shipping bar after we install wp rocket. Everything works when i login via admin so the problem is with the cache. Also we enable “WP Rocket delay JS exclusions” on theme settings.
How can i exclude css or js to display free shipping bar when wp rocket is active?
