Free shipping bar value – incorrect total amount to apply the free shipping

Hello!

Form WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping I created a Shipping zone and added a shipping method called “Free shipping” (… or “Livrare gratuita prin curier” – romanian translation)

Also , from Theme Settings -> Shop -> Free shipping bar I set the goal amount to 300.
When I add a product to the basket that costs 170, the free shipping bar shows that I still have to buy products for 157.14 (and not 130, as I expected).

Taxes are activated from WooCommerce settings.
Products from my online shop are displayed with taxes included.
VAT tax is set to 19%.

The Free Shipping functionality considers the product price excluded the taxes that stimulates to purchase more. I have checked it works as it should.
