    Hello there,
I am struggling on an issue with woodmart theme. I have set up the free shipping above 70€ via woocommerce -> settings -> shipping zones as usual. But I don’t know how, sometimes the free shipping is not applied, and clients are starting to complain because they are eligible to free shipping.

I have tried to run some tests, and this is what happens:
1- I add to the cart a 18€ product. No free shipping allowed because the order so far is below 70€
2- I add to the cart a 48€ product. No free shipping allowed because the order so far is below 70€
3- I add to the cart a 18€ product. Free shipping is supposed to be allowed because the order is above 70€ BUT the cart shows the shipping costs
4- I remove from the cart the 18€ product. Now the shipping costs are canceled and the shipping is free as it should.

That seems a very strange bug to me, any ideas on how to solve it? In the private content box I’ve added the URL.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello Leonardo,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your issue regarding the free shipping calculation.

To better understand and diagnose the problem, we need you to record a video demonstrating the steps you’ve taken to replicate the issue. This will help us see exactly what is happening and provide a more accurate solution.

    Hello Leonardo,

Thank you for the video. From what we can see, the issue is related to WooCommerce shipping settings and not our theme’s free shipping progress bar feature. Therefore, it is unlikely that the problem is caused by our theme.

To verify this, please switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Storefront) and test the issue again. If the problem persists with the default theme, it indicates that the issue is related to WooCommerce settings or a potential conflict with another plugin.

Please let us know the outcome of this test so we can assist you further if needed.

    Best regards
