Free shipping on subtotal without tax

Hello,
There is something inconsistent between the amount set in your free shipping settings and the WC coupon.
We use tax excluded prices and both are displayed on our shop (without tax/with tax).
We’re facing an issue where our coupon for free shipping is based on excluded tax (example : 69€ excl. tax) but the free shipping amount is 69€ incl. tax. It causes an misunderstanding for our customers.
So my question is : how to set the amount in your theme for free shipping bar to excl. tax ?

Yes.
Per example, if we consider this product : https://www.boutique-vegetale.com/p/simmondsia-chinensis-jojoba?attribute_pa_quantite=10-graines
It’s 6.99€ excl. tax and 7.89€ incl. tax for french customers (tax is calculated at rhe checkout when customer share its address).
Like the screenshot, if we take 9 units of this product, the amount excl. tax is 62.91€ (9*6.99€) and 69.20€ (9*7.89€) incl. tax.
So, the free shipping bar said “yeaaah you reach the 69€ amount to get free shipping!” but… absolutely not because the code is based on excl. tax amount which isn’t reached.

Any idea?

Currently, there is no option to change this calculation mechanism. We will consider adding an option to calculate based on the total price with and without taxes and discounts in our next theme update.
