Free Shipping progress bar not synced with quantity input ajax

Theme provides two different elements
One is free shipping progress bar and the other is quantity input on cart and product pages, the issue is quantity input works with ajax and change the cart details without page refresh but the free shipping progress bar remains the same and I need to reload the page to update the reminder value in the text .
How can I sync it with ajax request of quantity input ?
