kontaktmeParticipantDear Xtemos Team.
I must say I am a big fan of your theme. and I am very happy with everything you built. It is by far the best Show Theme I have worked with.
Recently I am experiencing a lot of performance issues, mainly it is errors and page is not loading.
I know this is probably due to the number of Plugin I have installed… But I need those plugins. what shall I do?
Can you maybe have a Quick Look if you see some major Points which I can improve? I am not sure why this is happening, in the beginning the performance was so smooth and stable. Are you maybe aware of specific Plugins which you have on a black list or do you see some combinations which do not work well with your theme?
It would help me a lot.
Many thanks,

kontaktmeParticipantDear Support,
I have a test environment with almost the same setup. Of course same theme, caching and settings etc.
And from this environment I do not get any fatal errors. it’s very strange, but this looks not only like a PHP memory issue to me, but also some other problem.March 10, 2025 at 11:11 am #644389
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
If it works correctly when you turn off all plugins, then there might be two issues:
1. Some plugins throw PHP fatal errors.
2. Or you don’t have enough PHP memory limit. In this case, you need to increase this parameter on the server.
Kind Regards

kontaktmeParticipantDear support.
I See your point. I must say though that I have 2 environments and one of them is throwing errors and one not. so there is a way with current PHP Mem. to optimize the performance not?
from what I see in the message this is connected to Product filters.
Does your theme use AJAX filter right? I know that filters and combinations can add up quickly to big SQL querries.I deleted some of the filter widget and switched others from “AND” to “OR”.

Artem TemosKeymasterIf it is related to the product filters plugin then you need to contact plugin’s developers for help.
As for the server configuration, sorry, but we don’t know what is different between your website that may cause this.March 10, 2025 at 1:41 pm #644463
kontaktmeParticipantHi, I am not using any product filter plugin.
This is all based on WooCommerce and your theme.Okay, I have another quick question:
Will the CSS file named “xts-theme_settings_default-1741594853.css ” always have the same filename, or do the last digits (1741594853) change over time? -
