I’ve been working on my development copy for a couple of months now and at first Frequently Bought together was working just fine. Now whenever I click “add to cart” under the product page it just keeps spinning and spinning.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease also test how it works when the child theme is turned off in Appearance -> Themes. Also, try to temporarily disable your custom layouts for single product page in WoodMart -> Layouts.

nicholas-3663ParticipantI appreciate your help. Basically the woocommerce notice was missing from the Layout and the items would not add to cart because one of the attributes you can select on the main product do not show up under Frequently Bought Together.
Is there a setting i’m missing which lets you select a specific attribute on top of variations?

Apologies for the delay. Access has been set again.
One more question on top of the issue with attributes, is there a setting anywhere if the customer has already selected a variation and scrolls down to Frequently Bought Together, that variation to be preselected? I think it\’s very important for the user experience as it\’s possible it will cause confusions.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe would be happy to change this, but, unfortunately, technically, it is impossible to change the way it works at the moment.
