Frequently Bought Together – BUG

Hi, I would like to add one of my products to FBT bundle but the product don’t appear in the list there.
What can be the problem ? The product is all good, have stock, price, etc but doesn’t appear to put it in Frequently Bought Together bundle creator.

I know how to put the products and create the bundle then assign the bundle to the product.
The problem is, when I want to add a product, the product don’t shows up in the dropdown list (please see the video from private content)

I have seen your video. You’re searching for the product wrong. simply you can enter the product name instead of the product id and select it.

On your Site, can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide:

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.
If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

Hello, I came back to this issue as I did what you suggest and my product is still not showing in the FBT bundle creator.

Everything is updated and I disabled all the plugins but WooCommerce and WoodMart Core.

Please use the login details from my staging environment and do whatever you need and let me know the results.

I have visited your site and activated the Elementor plugin and activated the parent theme.

I have added the Test FBT and added the product Brown Leather Strap: ID (2440) and made a test product and added the Test FBT in the Test Product. It is working fine.

Please try to add those two products Brown Leather Strap again after delete the old products then try to add them as FCT product, I am sure your issue will be solved.

Your products’ names are similar to one another. i have changed the product name “Brown Leather Strap” to “Brown Leather Strap test” now it is showing in the FBT.

this is not possible as our products structure is like this.

Products have 3 variations. We want to use variations in bundles as FBT.
Is this possible ?

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
