You can create a Layout for the product page via Dashboard -> Layouts -> Single product -> Add new, and define there the section title with the desired tag.

Also, to make the product bigger, you can set 3 columns – https://prnt.sc/g1I_oasHH9Jh then the last product will be available via carousel.
