Fresh install but keep getting PHP Max Input Vars

    Hello

    Bought your theme. Installed it (fresh install)
    Got an error Php Max Input Vars and contacted host
    They helped me to increase the settings to 20.000 and we made a test
    All settings are ok but the error still remains

    I have a hard deadline to get the site up and running before the 2nd of may.
    Can you please help me

    Got is solved by adding an .user.ini file
