Fresh Installation, (save options) direct me to 403 – Argent Help

hello,
I have installed the theme on new and fresh WordPress,
and when i try to click on save options ( theme options) it is direct me to page 403

also when i click on save on header builder, it takes too much time, I clicked on save, and from yesterday until now, it not finish saving, please i want urgent help

i slove it by adding this rule to mod_security in whm
SecRule REQUEST_URI “@beginsWith /wp-admin” “phase:1,id:941160,allow”
