Front builder in header is not working

When trying to acces the Front builder in header the website shows a empty link

I can´t provide it. But Im considering the mistake is that we are working in a subdomain, so maybe the froint builder calls to a the principal domain URL? Could it be? Is there anything to do?

We tested this on our endand it works without any problems. That is why we would like to troubleshoot this on your website and we can’t do this without FTP.

We have fixed this issue and will include the fix in our next theme update. Also, add the following code snippet to the wp-config.php file in your WP installation root directory
