Front End Theme Is Boxed and Not Full-Width

I have adjusted settings to Full-Width, but not sure why the front-end theme still shows some weird small boxed layout. Screenshot attached. When i am logged in, i see the full-width layout no problem. But not sure why logged out view is boxed. I have adjusted every setting i can find in the theme settings. Please advise. thank you!

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

That worked. I disabled everything and started adding one plugin at a time. Found one that was causing the issue. All resolved now. Thank you!
