FrontEnd loading issues

Hello, I am getting in touch with you because we are working on the website for a client and everything works fine on the development site, but when migrating it to the production server the frontend does not load.

On the production site we have access to the backend, but the frontend does not load.

I did the migration again with the improved Plugin and the same thing still happens to me… The Frontend loads very slowly.

We did a new server configuration and used a new wordpress installation but the problem persists.

We can enter the wordpress backend correctly and if we deactivate the Theme the site loads normally. If we disable all plugins, activating Woodmart Core makes the entire frontend slow.

I ask if you can help me.

Only the necessary plugins are installed for the Theme to work… We only added Join.chat

In the private content section there are the Administrator data to enter.

It seems that the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

I made the website and my client is providing the hosting, since they are dedicated to that. They ask me for more information about how file_get_contents works… Since they have it disabled for security.

They ask me if it is possible to fix it using fsockopen() or cURL. (https://foroayuda.es/php-ini-file_get_contents-url-externa/)

Or if it is possible to fix it by modifying something in the .htaccess

We don’t know exactly how it can be fixed in your environment. But you can’t enable this, you can remove SVG icons from your page and replace them with simple images.

My client made some changes to the server configuration and now the front end loads fine. The problem is in the pages where we use the icons.

On the home page of the website there are icons but it is not loading them, there are empty circles and on the “WHO WE ARE” page the same thing happens.

It means that this function is still doesn’t work. Try to enable debug mode and enable PHP errors to see the error there. Also, try to reupload some SVG icon.
