Full Screen Background Video

Hi There, I purchased a video from Shutterstock and I’m trying to add it as a full screen background video at the top of my Home Page, but I can’t figure out how to do it. Does anyone know how to upload the video directly into the website or into WPBakery? I’m asking because WPBakery requires a YouTube link for the video. However, my purchase from Shutterstock allows me to use the video on my website, but NOT upload it to YouTube.
