Full width aspect ratio

Hi i’d like to add a full width image in 16:9 ratio.
The image uploaded is 1920x1080px. I need that this image mantain this aspect ratio in each device (it’s not a problem if it will be smaller).

If i add a new row setting a background + “cover” mode + padding top e bottom … when i see the site from other devices (responsive) the image is cut. I need that the aspect ratio 16:9 of the image remain the same in every device

The image uploaded as a background takes a size of the WPBakery row and it doesn’t change its height when you resize the browser. If you want to use a responsive image you need to use single image or banner element.
