Full width category description

Is it possible to create a full width product category description?
When we add content to the product category the filtering will stay at the top left while pushing down the product grid and the design doesn’t look good.
Everything I tried, the filter sidebar will end up in the wrong location.
I want the category description full width above the sidebar/filter and the product list.
Should look like this:
--- Header ---
--- Category desc ---
--- sidebar --- product grid ---
--- footer ---
It should go full width right below:
<!-- MAIN CONTENT AREA -->
<div class="container">

Unfortunately, it is not possible. The category description appears under filters and cannot be full width.

Then please add this ability to the theme in an update.
Category description is useless if the filter is at the top and the products at the bottom.
