Full width section with background doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I got the problem with this template. Added from the templates library – doesn’t show properly background picture and phones picture (or any other added by myself).

So the ‘single picture’ block doesn’t work. Even if below I added text block – this also doesn’t show up.

Any suggestions?

edit: but I see that password was copied incorrectly so here it is once again

Can’t edit fot the third time.
Delete “amp;” from the password line at the end, it is added automatically

Done, but nothing changed.

So I made some test also with many different templates and all of them are not working properly.
In the same time I builded WP for the testing and there all the templates works super good with any problem.

Thank you for your help. After some test I found out the reason.
There was checked ‘Disable responsive content elements’ in WP Bakery Page Builder.
