Full width video layer is not working like Christmas demo

I want to set video in the slider like Christmas demo. I have installed grocery theme right now. But the thing is that video is not working in the full width(different screen) and remove the black spaces. I need to play video same as like Christmas demo. Can you please help me to fixed it ASAP.

I have installed grocery theme and I want to add video in the home page slider like christmas theme. I have import that slider and export it into grocery theme. but, It is not working properly in different screen. I want to play video same as like christmas (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-christmas/demo/christmas/).

When you click on “watch now” at that time video comes with full width (without black spaces). Then why it is now playing in our grocery theme?. when you can click on “story” you see my video (http://boukmansenvanymen.nl/). It is also not working with different size of screens. I have attached screenshot with red arrows, I want to remove that black spaces and also need your guidance.

I have setup this site on subdomain. Now the problem is video is not playing by clicking on “story” first time in macbook(2nd time it’s working fine) and mobile view is totally not working.
I installed grocery theme and imported slider from Christmas. you can also see same problem in the christmas theme video. [https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-christmas/demo/christmas/]. Please check this all of the stuff in macbook and mobile.

Full width slider is working fine now. but, Video is not playing on first click.
You can see the issue in safari browser and Iphone.
If you don’t have mcbook of Iphone then Please go on: https://www.browserstack.com/ > signup > and test the site into macbook and iphone.

Try to replace the Youtube layer with the Video layer.

2. Replace it with a video layer instead https://prnt.sc/10v7315

I just change this layer name. And that is doesn’t matter. Even christmas demo is also not working on Macbook and IOS device.

The problem is only in the macbook and IOS devices “when clicking on Story at that time suddenly appears only background image. If you close that screen and again click on Story at that time video is playing.(The same issue in christmas demo on button “watch now”)”
Today You’ve taken the time And not giving me the solution.

Why are you not checking in the macbook and IOS device?. I am facing this issue more than a week.

1st is not working on macbook and iphone.

Yes, iOS devices mute all videos by default. It is not something that can be fixed in our theme and it is how it works on all websites.

video is working fine in the Christmas demo (macbook)then Why it is not working in our slider(macbook). If video is not working in mobile screen then it is okay. we will hide it.

Can you please add that Christmas slider into the testing page. my client want to play it.

Please, specify where and which slider do you want to add (send us appropriate links and screenshots). We are a bit confused now. Also, have you understood how to make the video work well on mobile devices? You need to use “Video” in Slider Revolution instead of “YouTube”. Also, note that this functionality is not a part of our theme but comes with the Slider revolution. And it is how it works.
