Fullscreen Menu – Displaying Level 3 Submenus on Hover

Hello,
I am facing an issue with the third-level submenus (Level 3 subcategories).

What I need:
Dropdown submenus on hover: The submenus should appear when the user hovers over a parent menu item.
Full visibility of Level 3 subcategories: Currently, I can see the second-level submenus, but not the third-level ones.

ih, There’s no url as this is a project I’m about to set up. Perhaps my question isn’t clear enough? If so, I can try to formulate it differently.
