functions.php cannot be edited

Excuse me! I want to hide product uncategoried that is without any product in it. but I cannot edit functions.php,
It prompt: “Scrape key check failed. Please try again.”
Please see acreenshot and by the way, confirm the code if correct for hiding UNCATEGORIZED on shop page. Thank you!
