But after I installed the theme and selecting a prebuilt website I do not see this demo. Please help me where to find and install this demo.

Could you please clarify where did you get the link to this demo? This particular version is not released yet. It will be added in our 7.3 update. If you want to try it now you can download our 7.3 Beta here and import this version on your website.
