Gallery thumbnails problems

Hello Xtemos team. I wanted to ask about a bug we recently found in our product gallery, specifically within the product details. The problem is that the thumbnail images appear very elongated and disproportionate. We tried removing PHP code snippets, as well as custom CSS, but we haven’t been able to figure out what’s happening. Could you help us determine if this is a problem on our end or with the theme, please? Thank you very much in advance. Login details are attached.

Fixed. The problem was the WP Crowdfunding plugin. Thanks in advance.
