Gap in the top page only on single product

Hello, we have a problem where only in the single product page there is a large gap in the top page. The gap is from padding from default styles but it only exists in the single product page. Also when the user scrolls then the page gets smaller.

To resolve this issue, please go to the single product layout and adjust the top container’s margin and padding settings. You can customize these values to remove the unwanted gap at the top. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

1) the padding is not from the first container, is it added by woodmart on the page wrapper and header.
2) i though of having a negative margin for the first container but as I said on my first question the padding changes when the user starts scrolling, so if you initially load the page and do not scroll and then you scroll down and back up the distance is different, we actually have notice this on many installations with the woodmart theme. In the end the negative margin does not work for this reason.
