Golden1ParticipantHello, I have 2 issues:
1. There is a gap appearing between my ‘image gallery’ elements, on mobile ONLY. I have tried playing around with different options under the pencil>Responsive Options menu, but have had no success. I would like for this gap to be smaller on mobile. Any idea? Screen shot attached.
2. I have set the images in ‘image gallery’ element to open a page on click. I have entered the custom links and entered Line Break as shown, but even then when I click on the images on front end, nothing happens. Any idea? Screen shot attached.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1. Please remove the 2-way factor authentication from your site, then I am able to log in to your site. At this time, I am not able to log in to your site with the authentication code as well so please removed it so I will check the issue and remove the gap.
2. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site and activate only theme required plugin, I am sure your issue will be solved.
Otherwise, send me the WP admin login details after removing the 2-way factor authentication from the site.
Best Regards.

Golden1ParticipantI have disabled 2-way-factor authentication, you can check it out now.
Now on mobile the two banners are showing small and next to each other, I have no idea why. I would just like for them to look nice and stacked one on top of another, with a little normal gap between them.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have logged into your website and saw that you are using the images gallery element of the WP-Bakery page builder.
Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Because the element is controlled by Wp-Bakery page builder and our theme doesn’t influence.
Regards.

Golden1ParticipantWhat do you recommend I use instead?
I tried using the WoodMart sliders, but I cannot get those to work correctly at all either, they make other issues.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You can try using the Images Gallery element or Woodmart Slider element of the Woodmart Theme instead.

Golden1ParticipantHello, I took your recommendation and replaced with Wood mart Slider element and it is working good now. However one issue I still have: The images are not the same width as they were before. I would like for them to take up the entire width of the page like I had before.

Golden1ParticipantHello, I think there was misunderstanding. I see that you have the image carousels elements now both right up against the sides of the pages, but I wanted these two elements to be larger, each one taking up half of the screen width. Right now there is a large white space between the two of them.
I have made red outline boxes showing the size and positioning I wanted.
Please note, I have the images already sized perfectly for this. The size was coming correctly when I used the native WP Bakery image carasouel element, but no with the Woodmart Theme element. I’m sure its some setting I am not doing correctly.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The issue is with the images you are using for the gallery their width is less.
Please try using images of higher resolution in width then check back. This will surely fix the issue.
Best Regards
