darrenliu1031ParticipantGarbled Chinese characters occur on the product end. Garbled characters will appear on all iPhone models below iPhone 12.I have now confirmed that it is an issue with the theme update. I was using version 5.7 before and this situation did not occur. However, since I updated the theme to 5.9, this problem has emerged.I hope to get a solution.
Garbled characters mainly appear in the return key of the navigation bar and the product review section.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with garbled Chinese characters after updating to version 5.9 of the Bsel theme. It appears this might be a consequence of browser cache. We have tested across various iOS devices and haven’t encountered similar problems. Please try clearing your browser cache as an initial step.
If clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the specific iOS version you are using on the affected devices. This information will aid us in diagnosing the problem further. You can share this information securely using the Private content field.
Looking forward to assisting you further.
Regards

darrenliu1031ParticipantHello, before I raised this question, I had already tried to clear the cache. This is not a bug caused by the cache; it’s a bug of your theme. I’ve used an iPhone X and an iPhone 8 Plus to check(I have used eight mobile phones of the same model, but the results are still the same). However, the login URL still shows the phenomenon of garbled Chinese characters(Just like the screenshot I took above). I hope to get a solution as soon as possible. The link to the problem has been sent to you. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

darrenliu1031ParticipantI have tried to close all plugins, but the garbled text still exists. This indicates that it is not caused by a conflict between the theme file and the plugins, but rather, there is a code issue with the theme itself

darrenliu1031ParticipantI am currently using two models, iphone X and Iphone 8 plus. I don’t know if other models of iPhone will also have this problem, but my iPhone 13 pro works fine when checking the website. So please check the problem as soon as possible and inform us of the solution time. I can’t wait too long because we are about to launch the advertisement. If it can’t be solved today, please refund me immediately.

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, not iPhone models but iOS versions. To check your iOS version on an iPhone open the Settings app, tap General, and then tap About; the “Software Version” or “Version” field will display your current iOS version.

darrenliu1031ParticipantPerhaps, as you said, it should be due to version incompatibility. However, as I mentioned above, your previous theme is compatible with all versions.
