GDPR options in checkout (checkbox) available?

Hello,

There’s a screenshot with a checkbox in the checkout. They say that you can control it via the customizer. Unfortunately I can’t see an option for a checkbox.
Does anybody know where I can define a checkbox in the checkout? Does it depend on the theme?
PS: I updated all components (WordPress, Woocommerce, Woodmart Theme, Germanized Pro) but can’t find that option.
PPS: I know that this is not really theme related but you guys here have always a helpful answer 🙂

Additional info: my customizations from functions.php in the child theme are gone after the theme update to 2.5!
Hi,
We have enabled these options on our demo following an instruction from the article you sent so it works well with our theme. Try to read the article again and try to configure it as WooCommerce suggests.
